Discover Robert Olds Grey Check suit, crafted in Italy from Loro Piana 100% Super 150s merino wool cloth, this forward-thinking suit embodies year-round versatility. At its core is Australis, Loro Piana’s latest innovation—an exceptionally fine fibre woven into a fabric that is incredibly light yet remarkably durable. With superior comfort, breathability, and fluidity, it offers a feather-light feel while maintaining impeccable structure. Available in sophisticated classic and modern designs, this fabric ensures a suit that is both refined and effortlessly versatile.

Tailored in a 'Drop 7' cut for a regular fit. Thoughtful finishing touches include a grey cupro lining, grey mother-of-pearl buttons, side vents, and a notched lapel with an open buttonhole. Functional details such as an internal document pocket and an additional pen pocket enhance everyday utility.

The unfinished trousers are half-lined to the knee for added comfort and freedom of movement. Designed with a split waistband, they offer a flexible fit, while belt loops, a zip fastening with button closure, slanted hip pockets, and buttoned back pockets ensure both practicality and sophistication.

My best behaved and most well designed linen shirt

Superb shirt that would be equally suited to a formal or informal setting. Flattering tailored fit for my (rather skinny) body shape. Comfortable and soft textured linen with an unexpected two-tone effect when any light source comes into contact. The subtle contrast provided by solid white buttons was an idea coming from a designer with an understanding of balancing colours and the knowledge that people who really like nice clothes notice things like that. The whole thing seems like a reward for buying high quality.

There's no such thing as a bad Robert Old clothing item. This is a beautiful short-sleeved linen shirt in a rather unusual colour, which I've not seen let alone possessed previously. Superb materials and workmanship, as I've come to expect. A great purchase and the only thing currently missing is a cool breeze on a hot day, so it will remain on a hanger for the next four months or so.
